I know Americans would love to think the antichrist will come from the US, because that's the mentality of people in that country - they don't just claim the best; they claim the worst; they have to be bigger and better than the rest of the world in everything, but I don't think the antichrist will be a US president. He'll be a pope.
You need to read a few books that were published before Google and YouTube came on the scene to get a real handle on the antichrist; such as, The Sunday Sermons of the Great Fathers. And read the sermon on the end of the world. I think it's by St Gregory the Great from memory.
The media will have us believe that the world is all about them. Obama, Hollywood, etc. But if you were to truly look at the spiritual world and the nature of life itself, we're not fighting against flesh and blood. We're fighting against the principalities and powers, and rulers of the world of darkness. It always astounds me how people research religion on Google. Instant answers that are usually so inaccurate.
As to the end of the world. The world ends for every soul the moment they die. People are so deluded by the media nowadays, there's probably someone out there in blogland hoping to get pictures of the end of the world and sell them.

Seriously, if this is the best proof there is for Obama being the Antichrist, then I'm far from convinced. And he didn't mock the bible. He was pointing out how some passages from the bible just aren't suitable as foreign policy. And the fact that someone wrote a book called Obama Nation does not mean he is an abomination, as the term was deliberately used to call him an abomination.
There have been many popes who have been considered the Antichrist, including Pope John Paul II. Strangely enough, none of them turned out to the Antichrist. There's also a good chance that the Antichrist simply referred to Nero. It was a hidden message for the people of that time.
And in terms of America wanting everything to belong to them - I don't think it's just an 'America' thing. I think people of today want all the good stuff to be happening now. We're an instant society. We don't want to wait 500 or so years for the end times. We want it to be happening right now because that would make us important. And one of the ways we can prove it's happening now is by finding an Antichrist and using the flimsiest of reasons to show that he's our guy.
But thanks for sharing the video. It's interesting to see why people do think he's the Antichrist - even if I completely disagree with them.

The video was quite clearly made with the intention of making people think Obama might be (or even is) the Antichrist, despite their little disclaimer that they are not saying he is. To say there are similarities is to say that they think there is a good reason for believing he might be the Antichrist - even though those similarities really seemed to be clutching at straws sometimes. I understand that you don't believe he is the Antichrist.
As for Obama being a Christian, that's something that I don't know as it's something that ONLY GOD can judge. I do however believe that there is far more evidence that shows Obama might be a Christian than there is to suggest he's the Antichrist.
Ruby - people have been asking this stupid question for centuries - not just about Obama, but about many other people. And it's probably going to continue for another few centuries. Even if you say yes, eventually Obama will die, and there'll be a whole new group of people trying to convice you that someone else is the Antichrist.
